Grandmaster Kim, Pin # 312 and
founder and President of the
World Dang Soo Do Union, began
training in 1951 under Master Jeong Suk
Kim, Pin # 158, while attending
Seoul Technical High School. Grandmaster Kim is one of
the most senior Tang Soo Do
figures living today.

Master Arthur Pryor
Delray Beach, Florida
Master
Pryor, 7th Dan, started training in Tang Soo Do in
1966 under Robert Sohn. He was a charter member of
the U.S. Soo Bahk Do MDK Fed. and served as its
Treasurer, Vice Chairman and Chairman. He is now an
independent Tang Soo Do practitioner teaching in
both Florida and North Carolina and has started his
own school, the Shim Gung Kwan. In March of 2011 he
was inducted into the IIMAA Hall of Fame as
"Humanitarian of The Year."

Master Stephen Washington
Noarlunga, South Australia
Master Washington, 8th Dan and founder of the
Asia-Pacific Tang Soo Do Federation, began his study
of the martial arts in 1966. He acknowledges his
former Master Kim, Sung Hwan (deceased 1985) for
generously passing on his vision, knowledge and
expertise in the art of Tang Soo Do, and also gives
special thanks to
KJN Shin, Jae Chul and KJN Lee,
Young Gu under whose guidance he trained for over 20
years.

Robert Kovaleski
Dickson, PA
Grandmaster Robert Kovaleski, 7th Dan, started training in the
martial art of Tang Soo
Do Moo Duk Kwan in 1966 at the Scranton Karate
School, under Senior International Grandmaster Frank
Trojanowicz, Dan #13333. He is also the founder of
the International Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan Association (I.T.M.A.)
and instructor to Master Cynthia Rothrock.

Organization. He currently
trains under the direction of

Master Versland, 6th Dan, was a young child when
he began training in Tang Soo Do in Woodbridge,

He is the owner and Chief Instructor of Legacy
Karate Academy in Royersford, PA and is also
celebrating 10 years of instruction in the
Limerick, Royersford, Collegeville area. |

Master Ary began his Tang Soo Do training in
1976 under Grandmaster Song Ki Pak in
Jacksonville, Florida. He was awarded his Cho
Dan in 1980 and received Moo Duk Kwan Pin #
21602 from Grandmaster Hwang Kee. He opened the
first Pak's Karate in St. Mary's, Georgia in
1978 and in 2006, attained the rank of 6th Dan. |
